Beta notice. Bull Forge is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and these Terms may change. We will notify users by email of any material changes before they take effect.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bull Forge, including the bullforge.io website, web application, scanner, broker execution tools, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bull Forge ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bull Forge is a software tool for active small-cap day traders. It includes:
Bull Forge is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a financial planner, or a custodian of funds or securities. We are a software company. All trades execute through your own broker account, under your own authorization, and at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and not located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and your broker's eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for:
Bull Forge does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The Service displays signals, scans, indicators, and AI-generated suggestions based on real-time market data. These are tools, not recommendations.
You alone are responsible for every trading decision you make using the Service. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading the small-cap stocks the Service is designed for involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire investment, and is not suitable for every investor.
The AI scalper co-pilot is a pattern-matching software feature. It is not a licensed financial professional. AI signals can be wrong, delayed, or inconsistent.
If you enable the auto-trade feature, you authorize the Service to place orders on your behalf via your connected broker, subject to your configured risk limits (daily loss halt, consecutive-loss cooldown, max position size, cash-only enforcement). You remain solely responsible for any orders placed by the AI under your account. You may disable the AI co-pilot at any time via the in-app kill switch.
The Service includes a "halt-safe" execution layer designed to queue limit orders during LULD (Limit Up–Limit Down) trading halts so that they fill on resume. This is a best-effort feature dependent on broker API behavior, exchange rules, and network conditions.
We make no guarantee that:
You acknowledge that all trading carries execution risk and that no software can eliminate this risk.
Bull Forge integrates with third-party brokers (currently Webull) via their published OpenAPI. By connecting your broker account, you authorize Bull Forge to:
You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the broker integration, which immediately deletes your encrypted credentials from our systems. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any broker referenced in the Service. Your relationship with your broker is solely between you and your broker.
You agree NOT to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Bull Forge is currently in free private beta. When we launch paid plans, founding members will receive lifetime locked-in pricing as separately documented at signup. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any plan transition affecting existing users.
All code, design, logos, and content of the Service are the property of Bull Forge or its licensors. The TradingView Lightweight Charts library is used under its open-source license. You retain ownership of your trading data and journal. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Bull Forge's scanner methodology and small-cap momentum approach draw on publicly-taught principles from educators in the day-trading community, including Ross Cameron (Warrior Trading) and others who have shared small-cap momentum strategies in public videos, books, and courses. The criteria, indicators, and patterns implemented in Bull Forge are publicly available methodologies and technical-analysis concepts that have been part of the trading community for many years.
We do not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with any trading educator named or referenced in the Service. Mentions of educators or strategies are factual attribution of educational influence only — they are not implied endorsements, and they do not constitute a representation that any educator has reviewed, approved, or is in any way connected to Bull Forge.
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that risks harm to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Your trade journal data remains exportable for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bull Forge or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of trading capital, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You acknowledge that Bull Forge is a software tool, not a broker, and that any losses from trading decisions you make using the Service are your sole responsibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bull Forge and its founder from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Bull Forge is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
